In Poland, a casual gathering with friends for drinking and socialising is often referred to as a "spotkanie towarzyskie" or simply a "spotkanie."

POOR THINGS

Cinelab are delighted and proud to see that POOR THINGS will be this year's opening night film at Camerimage.


The eagerly anticipated new film from Yorgos Lanthimos, was lensed by cinematographer Robbie Ryan on Kodak 500T, Ektachrome and Double-X 35mm film. 4K film scanning was completed by Cinelab, as well as the creation film deliverables.

SOCIETY OF THE SNOW

The latest film from J. A. Bayona (The Orphanage) based on the remarkable true story of Uruguayan Air Force flight 571 that crashed on a glacier in the Andes.


Lensed by cinematographer Pedro Luque, the film benefitted from Cinelab’s DFD (Digital-Film-Digital) analogue intermediate process. Transferring digital footage to celluloid film to apply an authentic film look.
