Panel Discussion: “Why Isn’t Shooting On Film A Thing Of The Past?”

Celluloid Film is in renaissance and is being used increasingly as the creative medium of choice across Feature Films, Episodic TV, Commercials and Music Videos. Since 2013, Cinelab London has worked with over 500 Cinematographers and in 2019 on 420+ commercials, including Philips, Nike, Adidas, VW, Mercedes, Guinness, John Lewis, Waitrose, Marshall, Sennheiser, Hugo Boss and Burberry. Why are filmmakers still shooting on celluloid? Why do so many new people aspire to do so?
